What happens after the trial period?

During the trial period you have full access to all features of the “Business” plan for 14 days. During this phase you can book a payment plan of your choice at any time by providing your payment details.
If you decide not to do so, you will automatically revert to the “Free” plan after 14 days, at no cost to you.

What happens if I don't renew my license?

If you already have a paid subscription to one of the payment plans, you don’t need to do anything else. At the end of your monthly or annual subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed for another month/year.

If you are in the 14-day trial period and do not subscribe during that time, you will automatically revert to the “Free” plan.

Can I add more users later?

Yes – you can always adjust the number of users according to your needs. New users are charged on a pro-rated monthly basis, and removed users are deactivated at the end of the term.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards as well as direct debit.

I need an invoice; where can I request it?

You can download your invoices directly in Samdock. You can find it in the settings under Account Management.

Is there a minimum term?

The minimum term for Samdock is one month. It is then automatically extended for another month; you can cancel each month and thus take on no extra risk. You can also choose an annual term and save about 15% on license costs.
