During the trial period, you have full access to all features of the “Business” plan for 10 days. During this phase you can book a payment plan of your choice at any time by entering your payment details.
If you don't do this, you will automatically revert to the “Free” plan after 10 days, at no cost to you.

If you already have a paid subscription to one of the payment plans, you don't need to do anything else. At the end of your monthly or annual term, your subscription will be automatically renewed for another month / year.

If you're on the 10-day trial period and don't subscribe during that time, you'll automatically revert to the “Free” plan afterwards.

Yes – you can adjust the number of users according to your needs at any time by simply adding more people. New users will be billed pro rata per month, removed users will be deactivated at the end of the term.

We accept all major credit cards and direct debits.

You can download your invoices directly in Samdock. You can find them in the settings under Account Management.

The minimum term for Samdock is one month. It is then always automatically extended by another month, so you can make a new decision every month and don't take any risks. You can also choose an annual term and save about 15% on subscription costs.
